7 1/2 Things was a short piece which I could easily fit into my schedule. The points given are applicable to just about everything we do. Often we are in learning mode and don't realize it, yet later on we all say "oh, I heard about that.... or I learned that...." I am always amazed at what I learn from the people around me both here at work and elsewhere - I am fortunate to work with very bright people. The learning contract is a bit formal for my taste, but I did print it off and at least fill in a goal and some of the other components.
